Introduction

The Promoter Dashboard is a dedicated section within the WooCommerce My Account area. Users assigned the promoter role will automatically see this interface after logging in.

This is the core workspace for promoters to create and manage "Looks"—visual representations of your store’s products styled into engaging fashion sets.

What Promoters Can Do

Once a promoter logs in, a Looks tab appears in their account. This interface provides:

• A list of submitted Looks with current statuses:
  • Draft, Pending, Approved, or Rejected
• A detailed view of each Look
• The ability to submit new Looks (if limits are not exceeded)

Look Statuses Explained

Status	Description
Draft	Look saved by the promoter but not submitted
Pending	Submitted and waiting for admin review
Approved	Published and optionally turned into a grouped product
Rejected	Look was not approved by the admin

Grouped Product Integration

If enabled in plugin settings, each approved Look automatically generates a grouped product featuring the associated items. This allows for direct purchasing of full Looks from the storefront.
