Plugin settings

The Influencers & Promoters plugin includes a flexible settings page, where you define how promoters interact with your store.

This page is located at WooCommerce → Influencers & Promoters, and it allows you to control submissions, media uploads, and automation features.

Max published looks per promoter

Set the maximum number of looks a promoter can have published at the same time.

Once this number is reached, the promoter must unpublish or delete an existing look to create a new one.

tip

This setting is useful when you want promoters to focus on maintaining a few high-quality looks, rather than submitting as many as possible.

Max submitted looks per promoter

Defines how many pending (not yet approved) looks each promoter can have in progress.

Once this threshold is hit, they won’t be able to submit new looks until an existing one is approved or rejected.

info

This helps reduce moderation overhead by limiting the number of draft or review-stage looks per user.

Max number of images per look

Specifies how many images each look can contain.

This helps maintain clean layouts and consistent presentation across your store.

Max image file size

Controls the maximum file size (in kilobytes) for uploaded images.

For example, 2000 would mean 2 MB per image.

tip

Set this to keep uploads fast and prevent large images from slowing down your site or bloating the media library.

Max image width and height

Use these fields to define maximum image dimensions in pixels. Both width and height can be enforced.

Example values might be, and these are pixels:

  • Width: 800
  • Height: 1200
info

This ensures consistent styling, especially if your looks are image-heavy and rely on portrait formats.

Enable demo mode

When enabled, demo mode loads test looks, image galleries, and product links automatically. You can install demo looks at a single click and also remove the demo looks afterwards.

It's ideal for setup, testing, and demonstrations — without needing real data.

tip

Use demo mode on staging sites or during setup phases. Turn it off before accepting real promoter submissions.

Automatically create grouped product on look publication

When this option is enabled, a WooCommerce grouped product is generated automatically each time a look is published.

The grouped product includes all items referenced in that look, letting customers easily purchase the entire outfit.

info

Useful for stores where looks function as mini collections, bundles, or shoppable sets.
