Looks
This is where you manage the content your promoters submit. A Look is a stylized representation of products — often visual, often grouped, and always designed to sell.
The top filter bar lets you switch between:
- New – Newly submitted Looks, waiting for review.
- Approved – Looks already reviewed and published.
- Rejected – Looks that were denied.
- Trash – Looks you’ve discarded.
Each row displays:

| Look | Title and ID of the Look. |
| Promoter | The user who submitted it. |
| Submitted | When it was sent for review. |
| Gallery | Number of photos attached. |
| Promoted products | Number of products promoted in the Look. |
| Grouped product | If one has been created for this Look. |
| Status | Shows whether the Look is New, Approved, etc. |
| Actions | Quick actions to review, approve, reject, or delete. |
Row actions
Each Look offers an action menu with:
- Edit – View or change the Look manually.
- Review and approve – Accept the Look and optionally generate a Grouped Product.
- Reject – Deny the submission (status becomes Rejected).
- Move to trash – Soft-delete the Look.

Approving a Look can trigger the automatic creation of a Grouped product, if that option is enabled in Settings.
